What We Will Cover

We enable our students to thrive in all aspects of life. We believe a balanced life view leads to the ability to thrive in all aspects and that is why we have training in all areas of living. Contact us if you have any questions about the electives we are running.

Contact Us

The students will complete a course and get a NQF Level 4 Business Administration certificate. The core component of the qualification offers the learner key knowledge and skills in business practices.

Many young adults growing up in impoverished conditions face significant barriers due to a lack of access to technology. To bridge this divide, our comprehensive ICT training maps directly to each student’s needs—taking them from foundational computer skills and typing proficiency, to professional office tools, digital marketing, and advanced AI application development.

The students will be go through a modified CareerBuild program designed for The Way. They will get hands on mentorship in understanding what career paths are available, what would interest them and how to pursue them.

There is much for young people to learn to be responsible adults in a an ever changing world. Our training times will develop our students to accomplish these new found responsibilities better and quicker.

Our students are taught how to live a well-balanced healthy life. Our qualified team will train them both theoretically and practically with the foundations of; nutrition, exercise, hygiene and rest.​

We have many socio-economic development projects that work closely with local underprivileged communities. Our students will be exposed to a range of different support work.​

We expose our students to a variety of work experiences. They will participate in the different community projects through Impophomo. There will be opportunities for them to job shadow and gain work experience that best fit their career plans as developed in the CareerBuild program.

Our students will be trained on how to successfully run a project. From identifying a need, conceptualising a solution to the need, project planning, delegation of tasks, project management and reporting. Each student will have a chance to run their own project.

Team Dynamic

Students will be exposed to new life experiences, that due to their circumstances have not had a chance to participate before. There will be opportunities for team building and team work as they learn through new and exciting adventures.
